  This store is awful. It has been in Williamstown for over 20 years, and had been my choice pharmacy for the entire time. A few years back the standards had began falling and it continually fell into the nightmare it is now. I tried to hold out, but the last two dealings with trying to get scripts filled was like having my toenails pulled out. Good luck getting any questions answered correctly, or quickly. It usually takes more than one phone call, or multiple visits. Most employees are rude and condescending to the point I will never go to this store again. Of the three major pharmacy chains in Williamstown, this is the worst. Zero stars is more accurate.
