  I would recommended Vincent and his services without hesitation. From my first outreach on a weekend I got an almost immediate response and the response rates from Vincent have been almost better than any I have experienced. He was very thorough in assessing my needs and he's incredibly knowledgeable about the product and all of its capabilities. The remote access for programming could not have been easier as it's much more efficient than having somebody come out to the house every time I want to change or update the programming. I wouldn't do it any other way!

  We had a very big project that span over 3 years. A complete Audio, Video and Control system for a large house. Vincent and his team were involved from the very beginning. They designed the system, oversaw construction side of wiring and cabling, ordered and installed all equipment, programed an extremely customized and user friendly control system and continue to maintain it after the completion. Vincent and his team are extremely knowledgable, highly professional, committed and passionate about their job. Highly recommend and we would use them on any new project, no matter how big or small.

  I highly recommend Vincent at Total Controls remote. My keypad on my alarm went bad and had hard time locating one and contacted Total Control remote that located it promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward for future projects with Total Controls Remote.
